Yll S.

Yll S. has extensive work experience in the field of IT support and system administration. They started their career in 2008 as a Technical Support at Elan IT Resource Oy, where they worked until December 2009. In 2010, Yll joined InfoCare Oy as an IT Specialist and remained in this role until May 2015. Following that, they joined Arter Oy and held multiple roles, including System Specialist from June 2015 to August 2016, and ultimately Head of Technical Support from August 2016 to January 2020. In February 2020, Yll joined LeadDesk as a Cloud Specialist, where they currently work.

Yll S. attended Turku Vocational Institute from 2004 to 2007, where they obtained a vocational qualification in Business Information Technology, known as "Datanome". Following that, they enrolled at Turku University of Applied Sciences, where they pursued a Bachelor of Engineering degree (B.Eng.) in Information Technology from 2007 to 2012.
