Olga Pavlova

Director, Regulatory Sciences at Leadiant Biosciences

Olga Pavlova has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Olga started their career as a Volunteer at the National Park Service in Yellowstone Park in 2004. From 2004 to 2007, they worked as a Research Assistant at the Institute of Molecular Genetics in Moscow. In 2007, they became a Visiting Research Fellow at Rutgers University, Waksman Institute. In 2010, Olga joined the National Institutes of Health as a Postdoctoral Fellow at NIDDK, where they worked until 2014. During their time at NIH, they also served as a member of the Career Development Subcommittee of the NIH Fellows Committee (FelCom). In 2013, Olga had an internship at The Center for Advancing Innovation Inc. In 2014, they joined Amarex Clinical Research, LLC, initially as a Regulatory and Scientific Analyst and later became the Senior Regulatory Manager and Regulatory Department Head. Olga currently holds multiple roles at Leadiant Biosciences, Inc., starting as the Senior Regulatory Manager in 2019, then progressing to become the Associate Director and finally the Director of Regulatory Sciences.

Olga Pavlova completed their Bachelor's and Master's degrees in Biochemistry at Lomonosov Moscow State University (MSU) from 2002 to 2007. Olga then pursued their doctoral studies in Molecular Genetics at the Institute of Gene Biology Russian Academy of Sciences from 2007 to 2010, earning their PhD in the same field.
