James Brooks is an accomplished recruiting professional with extensive experience in various roles across multiple companies. Currently serving as Regional Recruiting Manager at Leaf Home since August 2020, James has contributed to the organization being recognized as one of Inc. 5000’s fastest growing companies for eight consecutive years. Previous positions include Senior Recruiter and Regional Field Recruiter, where James consistently exceeded hiring goals and earned a Recruiter of the Year nomination. Additional experience encompasses roles in recruitment, sales management, and marketing, including positions at Transform Home Improvement Products, Keiser University, and Havertys Furniture. James holds a Bachelor of Arts in English and an MBA in Marketing and Human Resources from Wake Forest University.
