Pier Pighi

Pier Pighi, CPA has a diverse work experience in finance and accounting. They began their career as an Assurance Experienced Associate at PwC, where they performed substantive tests and interacted with clients to resolve audit-related issues. Following this, they worked at Ohio National Financial Services in various roles, including Senior International Accountant, Financial Planning Analysis Manager, and International Accountant. In these positions, they supported the preparation of financial reports, assisted auditors, and performed account reconciliations. They then joined Ryder System, Inc. as a Manager of Accounting & Administration before moving on to ADT as a Finance Manager. At Office Depot, they served as a Finance Manager for FP&A. Currently, Pier is the Chief Accounting Administration Officer (CAO) at Lean Solutions Group and will soon transition to the role of Director of Financial Planning and Analysis.

Pier Pighi, CPA completed a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Accounting from Florida Atlantic University in the years 2010 to 2012. Pier Pighi also holds a certification in Certified Public Accounting.
