Job Description: 

We are currently seeking a Senior Program Manager to join our Programme Management Office within the Technology Department. The successful candidate will be instrumental in orchestrating our technology initiatives, aligning them with corporate goals, and promoting effective communication among various technology teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate with internal technology stakeholders to oversee ongoing program and roadmap, ensuring alignment with company objectives and the creation of effective communication strategies.
• Oversee project deliverables with a detail-oriented approach to program management.
• Manage risk assessments and implement mitigation strategies for large-scale projects.
• Serve as a project manager for specific key projects.
• Partner with the People team to improve visibility on resource status and contribute to the development of a comprehensive resource strategy and engagement initiatives.
• Work with the finance team to manage budget formulation and follow-up processes, upholding financial discipline and transparency.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Extensive experience in project and program management within a technology-focused environment, preferably in a SaaS context.
• Deep understanding of software development processes and project management principles.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively across diverse locations, teams and departments.
• Strong capability to manage multiple projects concurrently, prioritizing tasks to meet organizational goals.
• Strategic thinker with excellent problem-solving skills and a focus on operational efficiency.
• Detail-oriented with an adaptable approach to meet the dynamic needs of a fast-paced technology company.
• Desired experience in budget management and resource allocation within a technology setting is highly desirable.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field is required.
• Proficiency in project and program management methodologies.
