Carina Sahari has a strong background in customer success and support roles. Carina is currently the Head of Customer Success EMEA & Global Projects Lead at Learnship, where they lead customer success efforts and manages global projects. Prior to this, they worked as the Team Lead for Customer Success in France, where they focused on client engagement and strategy enhancement through conducting reviews and presenting recommendations. Carina also served as the Deputy Team Head for Customer Support in France, leading performance and feedback reviews. Before joining Learnship, they worked as a Senior Coordinator and (Senior) Customer Support Manager at a company called beeline Group, where they trained new team members and handled client interactions and technical support. Earlier in their career, Carina worked as a Sales Assistant at Aspera and as a Specialist Merchandise Allocation at the beeline Group, where they managed the distribution of goods and provided support through a hotline. Carina began their career as a Commercial Clerk at Herzog Personal-Service GmbH.

Carina Sahari obtained their A-Levels from Illertal-Gymnasium Vöhringen in 2011. Carina then pursued a degree in Multilingual Management Assistant: English, French, Spanish, Portuguese from Europa-Institut Reutlingen from 2011 to 2013. Carina later earned a Bachelor of Arts (Hons) in Business and Management from the University of South Wales between 2014 and 2016.
