Mathieu Bourgeois

Mathieu Bourgeois has a diverse work experience background. Mathieu is currently working at Ledger as the Business Line Director, a position they have held since May 2023. Prior to that, they were the Head of Strategy & Operations - B2C Services at Ledger from November 2021 to May 2023. In 2021, they worked as an independent strategy & transformation consultant, completing missions for RICHEMONT. Mathieu'sresponsibilities included launching a new Customer Success service and designing shared KPIs between Richemont Logistics and Cartier.

From 2019 to 2021, Mathieu Bourgeois was the Co-founder & CEO of BeeBoo, a subscription-based rental service for baby clothes and equipment. During their time there, they led a development and design team, managed logistics and operations, implemented marketing campaigns, and handled customer service issues.

In 2018, they worked as a Digital Project Manager at Groupe BPCE, and from 2013 to 2018, they were a Manager at Stanwell Consulting. Mathieu Bourgeois also co-founded and served as the COO of BLUESTORM INTERACTIVE LTD, an independent gaming company, from 2015 to 2017. Prior to that, they worked as an Analyst at L.E.K. Consulting, an intern at Rothschild in debt advisory & restructuring, and as an intern in Global Wealth Management at Bank of America Merrill Lynch. Mathieu also worked as a Swatch Group Salesman at Galeries Lafayette Haussmann in 2009.

Mathieu Bourgeois completed their Master in Management degree at ESCP Business School from 2008 to 2012. Prior to that, they attended Saint Jean de Passy from 2006 to 2008, where they pursued Preparatory Classes. In 2011, Mathieu also briefly studied at Aarhus University, although the specific degree or field of study is not mentioned.
