Justin Thompson

Justin Thompson has several years of experience in various industries. Justin served as the Director of Labor Management & Recruiting at Lee Mechanical Contractors, where they were responsible for staffing multiple job sites and managing over 300 skilled trade employees. Prior to that, they co-owned and managed a sports facility called ProBall Cages & Activity Center, offering various sports training programs and memberships. Justin also worked as a Supply Chain Supervisor at PepsiCo, overseeing drivers and merchandisers, and as a Certified Store Manager and Executive Assistant Store Manager at Walgreens, where they managed day-to-day operations and maintained a positive work environment. Justin's earlier experience includes working as a Procurement Specialist at US Tool Group.

Justin Thompson attended Mineral Area College from 2003 to 2005, where they obtained an Associate of Arts (AA) degree in Business Administration and Management, General. Justin then furthered their education at Central Methodist University-College of Liberal Arts & Sciences from 2005 to 2007, earning a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Business Administration, Management and Operations.
