Nikki Hawthorn FCIPD has a diverse work experience in various roles related to leadership development, talent management, and organizational development. Starting in 2008, Nikki worked as a Performance Development Consultant at Beech Consultancy and later became a Freelance Learning & Development Consultant / Coach / Facilitator at Escreet Consulting. In 2011, Nikki joined The Co-operative Group as a Leadership Development Consultant and later transitioned to the role of Leadership Development Specialist Partner. From 2015 to 2017, Nikki worked as a Talent & Development Manager at Arriva Group and subsequently served as the Head of Talent Development and Engagement at Keepmoat Homes from 2017 to 2019. Thereafter, Nikki took on the position of Interim Leadership and Talent Manager at Howdens. In 2021, Nikki worked as an Interim Talent Management Consultant at Anglo American and in 2022, served as an Interim Leadership & Talent Consultant at DFS. Currently, Nikki holds the role of Interim Head of Organisational Development at Leeds Bradford Airport since 2023. Throughout their career, Nikki has demonstrated expertise in driving employee engagement, talent management, and organizational development initiatives.

Nikki Hawthorn FCIPD obtained a Master's degree in Human Resource Management from the University of Lincoln, where they studied from 1999 to 2001.
