The IT and Technical Services team at Legal Aid Ontario is responsible for managing and maintaining the technological infrastructure that supports legal assistance services for low-income individuals. This includes providing technical support, developing and maintaining digital communications and web services, ensuring compliance with IT policies, integrating IT services, and managing IT purchasing and service desks to ensure seamless operations across the organization.
