Varcian Virgo

Varcian Virgo currently serves as the Director of Restaurants at Legends, starting in January 2024, where responsibilities include directing a high-performing team to enhance service quality, food and beverage offerings, and marketing strategies. Prior experience includes roles such as General Manager at OTG Management from May 2018 to December 2023, Multi Unit General Manager at FASANO from December 2021 to August 2022, and Director of Beverage at Vermilion from November 2014 to January 2018. Additionally, Varcian held the position of General Manager at SSP America and managed notable restaurant concepts, including The Palm Steakhouse and Le Grand Comptoir.
