Holger Heydt

Holger Heydt has an extensive work experience in human resources, having held various roles in different companies. Holger started their career in 1988 as an Offizier in the Bundeswehr and served until 1998. Holger then joined Nestlé in 1999 as an HR Generalist and eventually became an HR Manager. In 2004, they joined Rexam as an HR Manager before moving to Parker Hannifin as a Division HR Manager in 2006. After working there for six years, they joined Zimmer Biomet in 2012 as an HR Director for the Central Region. Holger stayed with Zimmer Biomet until 2020 when they joined Leica Microsystems as an HR Director and Global HR Business Partner.

Holger Heydt completed their education in psychology and received a Diplom-Psychologe degree from Helmut-Schmidt-Universität/Universität der Bundeswehr Hamburg between 1991 and 1995. Later, they pursued a Master's degree in Coaching & Counseling from Heidelberg University, which they completed from 2000 to 2002. Additionally, Holger obtained certifications in various areas, including "Prozessbegleiter in Organisationen" from Pädagogische Hochschule Heidelberg in 2008 and "Coach der Wirtschaft" from Coaching Akademie Hannover in 2005.
