Milena Małecka has a diverse work experience in various companies. In 2021, they worked as a Sales Assistant at Top Secret Sp. z o.o. From January to September 2022, they served as a Junior Business Development Specialist at Applica, where they supported sales managers, participated in the sales process, implemented effective business strategies, searched for leads, and maintained data quality in CRM systems. In October 2022, they joined Snowflake as a CAE Projects Administrator, providing support to Account Executives across Europe. Currently, since February 2023, Milena works at Lekta AI as a Sales Support, assisting major banking, insurance, and telecom enterprises in executing AI-driven changes that result in cost reduction, high customer satisfaction, and sales growth.

Milena Małecka has completed their undergraduate and graduate education at the University of Warsaw. Milena obtained a Licencjat (Lic.) degree in Applied Linguistics.
