Karan Bhalla

Karan Bhalla serves as the Chief Executive Officer of AiVantage Inc and Managing Partner at CrestWind Technologies, both positions held since March 2024. Karan is also a Board Member of Konduit and previously held the role of Chief Growth Officer at Trellance from March 2021 to March 2024. Karan was the CEO of CU Rise Analytics from March 2018 to March 2021, focusing on assisting credit unions in effectively leveraging data to benefit their members. Earlier experience includes serving as Vice President of Decision Analytics at EXL, Managing Director at IQR Consulting Inc., Senior Manager at MorganFranklin Corporation, Vice President of Finance & Strategy at Nitco Logistics Ltd, and Associate Director at Navigant. Karan holds an MBA from the University of Maryland and has pursued executive education at Columbia Business School. Academic credentials also include a B.Sc. in Accounting and MIS from Virginia Tech.
