Jessica Dotto is an accomplished professional in human resources and talent management with extensive experience across various industries. Currently serving as the Director of Human Resources at LendingOne since June 2024, Jessica previously held significant leadership roles at Techtronic Industries - TTI, including Group Director of Human Resources and Group Recruiting Manager. Prior to that, Jessica was the Senior Director of Talent - Accounting & Finance at The Execu|Search Group and held positions at Robert Half as Assistant Vice President and Staffing Manager. Jessica began their career as a Financial Data Analyst at Foundation Source and gained auditing experience at KPMG US and PricewaterhouseCoopers Limited. Jessica holds a Bachelor's Degree in Accounting from Ithaca College, completed in 2012.
