Ethel Barber, CCP, PHR, SHRM-CP has extensive experience in compensation and benefits, with a career spanning over 16 years. Ethel is currently working as a Compensation Lead at Lennox International. Prior to this, they worked as a Compensation Specialist at Kubota Tractor Corporation and as a Compensation Consultant at Trinity Industries, Inc. and Access Dental Services. Ethel also has experience as a Compensation Consultant as a contractor and has held managerial roles at Methodist Health System and ORIX USA Corporation. Ethel Barber earned their BS in Management Information Systems from Dallas Baptist University, where they studied from 2002 to 2005. Ethel continued their education at the same university and obtained their MAM in Human Resources Management from 2005 to 2007.

In terms of certifications, Ethel Barber has achieved various credentials. Ethel obtained their first Professional in Human Resources® (PHR®) certification from HRCI in January 2008. Later, in December 2014, they earned the Certified Compensation Professional (CCP) designation from WorldatWork. Additionally, in December 2015, they became a SHRM Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) through SHRM. Lastly, they renewed their PHR® and SHRM-CP certifications in July 2017 and December 2015, respectively.
