Dr. Andrea Beierlein

Dr. Andrea Beierlein has extensive work experience in various roles and companies. Dr. Andrea currently serves as the Vice President & Head of Sales Strategy & Management at LEONI, where they lead the department in crafting innovative sales strategies to drive profitable growth and expansion into new markets. Dr. Andrea also previously held the role of Vice President & Head of Global Sales Support at LEONI, overseeing teams spread across the globe to provide customer-oriented support and communication. Prior to their time at LEONI, Dr. Beierlein worked at Siemens Healthineers as a Senior Strategy and Business Development Consultant and at Siemens as an Intern. Dr. Andrea also gained experience as an Intern at Heidrick & Struggles and served as a Senate Page for the State of South Dakota.

Dr. Andrea Beierlein received a High School Diploma from Roslyn High School in 2008. Dr. Andrea then obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Intercultural Management and Communication from Karlshochschule International University in 2013, followed by a Bachelor of Arts degree in Mandarin and International Relations from the University of International Business and Economics in 2013. In 2014, they pursued a Master of Science degree in Strategy and International Business from Aston Business School. Finally, they completed a Doktor (Ph.D.) degree in Service Management from the Catholic University of Eichstätt-Ingolstadt in 2019.
