Marta Jakowluk

Marta Jakowluk has extensive experience in the field of human resources, spanning over 18 years. Marta is currently working as the Chief People Officer at Leroy Merlin since 2022. Prior to this role, they held the position of Chief People Officer at UPC Polska from 2016 to 2022. Marta also worked at Unilever for a significant period, where they held various roles including HR Director Poland&Baltics/Leadership Development CEE Lead, Senior HR Business Partner Sales and Marketing CEE, Leadership Development CEE, HR Business Partner, and HR Specialist supporting HR VP. Before joining Unilever, they worked as a Supervisor of a merchandising team at Ahold and as an HR Department Intern at Agros Nova. Marta's expertise lies in leadership development, HR business partnering, and people management.

Marta Jakowluk completed a Master's degree in Psychology at the University of Warsaw from 1999 to 2004.
