Ben Grosse

Ben Grosse has a strong background in the hospitality industry, with experience in various management positions. Ben began their career at MGM Resorts International in 2005, where they worked as a Beverage Manager for four years. In 2009, they joined Simon Hospitality Group as a General Manager, staying with the company for a year. Ben then moved on to Caesars Entertainment Corporation, where they served as a General Manager from 2010 to 2012. In 2012, they joined Station Casinos as the Beverage Director before being promoted to Director of Food and Beverage in 2013. In 2014, they joined Levy Restaurants, initially as an Assistant Director of Operations, then as Director of Operations, and finally as the Regional Director of Operations from 2018 onwards.
