Lori Kennedy

Director Of Operations at Levy Restaurants

Lori Kennedy has a extensive work experience in the hospitality industry. Lori started their career at ARAMARK in 2003 as a Director of Catering, managing a catering department responsible for all hosted events at the Las Vegas Convention Center. Lori had a team of 70 permanent staff members, which increased to over 400 during the largest show of the year. Lori generated approximately $14 million in catering sales revenue yearly during their time in this role.

In 2008, Lori became an Assistant General Manager at ARAMARK, where they handled $28 million in managed food service sales at the Las Vegas Convention Center. Lori'sresponsibilities included overseeing 17 retail food outlets, 2 licensed Starbucks stores, as well as the catering and beverage departments. Lori stayed in this position until 2012.

From 2012 to 2018, Lori worked at the Overland Park Convention Center as the Director of Food & Beverage. In this role, they were responsible for all food and beverage operations at the facility. Lori also held the position of General Manager for Aramark during this time.

In 2018, Lori joined Levy Restaurants as the Director of Operations, where they currently hold the position.

Lori Kennedy attended the University of Nevada-Las Vegas from 1987 to 1992, where they earned a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Hotel Administration. Lori also studied Hotel/Motel Administration/Management during their time at the university.
