Shon Muldrow

Shon Muldrow has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles. Shon started their career at Goldman Sachs as a Vice President in Risk Management, where they worked for ten years. Shon then moved on to BioMed Realty as the Vice President of Risk Management. Following their time at BioMed Realty, Muldrow joined Walmart as a Senior Manager, overseeing diversity strategy and serving as the Global Functional Lead for Risk Management, Real Estate, and Transportation.

After their tenure at Walmart, Muldrow became involved with the NAACP, where they served as the 1st Vice President. Shon later joined Willis Towers Watson, taking on multiple roles such as Regional Compliance Officer, Director of Corporate Compliance, and Multicultural Inclusion Network Co-Leader. Most recently, they joined Liberty University as the Senior Vice President and Chief Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Officer. Shon also founded their own consulting company, Hyphen Group Consulting, where they served as the Principal Consultant. Throughout their career, Muldrow has demonstrated a strong focus on diversity and inclusion initiatives.

Shon Muldrow completed a Ph.D. in Higher Education Administration and Educational Leadership from Liberty University from 2021 to 2023. Prior to that, Muldrow obtained an MBA in Finance and Management from Liberty University from 2006 to 2008. Muldrow also holds a B.S. in Business Administration and Management from the University of Phoenix, which was earned from 2002 to 2004. In Muldrow's earlier education, they attended Carroll College from 1989 to 1991, specializing in Business Administration and Management.
