Chuck Nugent

Chuck Nugent is an experienced IT professional with a background in portfolio management, project management, and software engineering. Currently serving as IT Portfolio Manager for LifeWorks since September 2019, Chuck manages the IT application portfolio for regional contact centers. Prior experience includes a role as Program Manager for contact center applications at Mercer, where the focus was on case management and CRM portfolios. Chuck's career began at General Dynamics and includes roles at Putnam Investments, where responsibilities spanned CRM project management and software engineering, and Computer Sciences Corporation as a database administrator. Chuck Nugent holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science from Penn State University, earned between 1978 and 1982.
