Tareq Sayed Abdelhamid

Tareq Sayed Abdelhamid has a diverse work experience spanning different industries. Tareq started their career at Huawei in 2010 as a Telecommunications Engineer, where they were responsible for providing full FM support, handling live network alarms, and collaborating with different teams to ensure network performance. In 2018, they joined Teradata as a Data Integration Engineer, where they facilitated the loading of new data sources into the data warehouse, optimized existing sources, and troubleshooted testing issues. Currently, they are working at LigaData as a Data Engineer.

Tareq Sayed Abdelhamid has a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Electrical, Electronic and Communications Engineering Technology/Technician from The German University in Cairo, which they obtained from 2005 to 2010.

In terms of additional certifications, Tareq has obtained the following:

- NoSQL, Big Data, and Spark Foundations Specialization from Coursera in August 2022.

- Excel Skills for Business Specialization from Coursera in December 2019.

- Cisco Networking Basics Specialization from Coursera in June 2019.

- Vantage Certified Associate from Teradata in April 2020.

In recent years, Tareq has pursued further education in data analysis. Tareq completed the Data Analysis Professional program from Udacity from 2020 to 2021 and then went on to complete an Advanced Data Analysis course from Udacity in 2021.
