Evgeny Fetisov

Evgeny (Gene) Fetisov has a diverse work experience spanning over 20 years. Evgeny (Gene) is currently the Chief Financial Officer at LightForce since 2023. Previously, they served as a member of the CNBC CFO Council starting from 2017. Evgeny (Gene) also worked as the Chief Financial Officer at Semrush from 2019 to 2023 and at Luxoft from 2017 to 2019. Prior to that, they held the position of Chief Financial Officer at Moscow Exchange from 2013 to 2017. Moreover, they have served as a board member at B2B-Center, e-marketplace and as a Managing Director and Partner at Da Vinci Capital. Evgeny (Gene) was also a board member at RTS Stock Exchange and held the role of Deputy CEO at New Square. Earlier in their career, they worked as a Consultant at McKinsey & Company.

Evgeny (Gene) Fetisov has a Master's degree in World Economics/Finance from the Finance University under the Government of the Russian Federation, obtained between 1991 and 1996. Evgeny (Gene) has also participated in several executive education programs at Harvard Business School, specializing in various fields such as Business Administration and Management, Driving Corporate Performance, Private Equity and Venture Capital, and Real Estate Management. In 2016, they obtained the IoD Certificate in Company Direction from The Institute of Directors.
