Ilanit Tzirlin Elisha

Ilanit Tzirlin Elisha has a background in Human Resources, with a focus on HR Business Partnering and management. Ilanit currently holds the role of HR Director at Lightricks, starting in February 2022. Prior to this, they worked at Avgol Nonwovens as a Corporate HR Manager, where they served as an HR Business Partner to global leaders and professionals in headquarters functions. Ilanit Tzirlin Elisha completed their Bachelor's degree in Behavioral Sciences from Ben-Gurion University of the Negev from 2006 to 2009. Ilanit then pursued their Master's degree in Labor Studies from Tel Aviv University between 2009 and 2011.
