Jonathan Hageman

Jonathan Hageman has extensive work experience in project management and business analysis. Jonathan began their career at INX, Inc. as an Operation Specialist, where they conducted analysis on logistical operations and developed process improvements. Jonathan then joined Ambit Energy as a Business Analyst, where they played a significant role in increasing customer base and generating new revenue. Hageman later worked at Black & Veatch as a Project Manager and Business Analyst, managing large projects and developing requirements for database and IT systems. Jonathan also served as a Release Manager, ensuring the stability of systems after code deployments. Hageman then moved on to Nokia, where they held various senior project management roles, including managing AT&T small cell deployments and delivering services to utility verticals. Jonathan also worked at TechConnect Corp. as a Senior Project Manager. Currently, Hageman is with LightRiver Companies, where they have held roles as a Senior Project Manager, Manager of Project Management, and Director of Project Management. Jonathan has successfully managed projects for major clients such as Facebook, Apple, Amazon, Netflix, and Google. Jonathan Hageman attended the University of North Texas from 2007 to 2010, where they obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Business/Managerial Economics. In April 2013, they also obtained the ITIL Foundations V3 certification from SME.
