Damian Kupczak

Damian Kupczak has a diverse range of work experience, starting with their current position as Senior Operations Manager at Lime, a role they have held since April 2021. Prior to this, Damian was the Operations Manager for Poland at Lime from November 2018 to April 2021.

Before their time at Lime, they worked as a Senior Associate Consultant at Aurelis Consulting from April 2017 to September 2018. Damian also served as a Strategy and Operations Associate at Clickmed.pl from January 2016 to March 2017, and as an Associate Consultant at OC&C Strategy Consultants from February 2015 to January 2016.

Damian has earlier experience as an Intern in the M&A Department at Rothschild from March 2014 to June 2014, and as an Intern in the Transaction Services Department at KPMG Poland from October 2013 to January 2014. Prior to this, they worked as an External Relations Assistant at Helvmedica from April 2011 to January 2012, and as an Intern in the Retail Customer Department at PKO Bank Polski from July 2010 to September 2010.

Damian's early career included a role as an Ambassador at Wrocław University of Economics with Deloitte Poland from May 2009 to June 2010.

Overall, Damian has gained extensive experience in operations management, consulting, strategy, and finance through their various roles in different companies.

Damian Kupczak attended the Wroclaw University of Economics and Business from 2008 to 2011, where they obtained a Licencjat (Lic.) degree in Finanse i Rachunkowość (Finance and Accounting). Following this, they went on to study at the SGH Warsaw School of Economics from 2012 to 2015, earning a Magister (Mgr) degree in the same field of study.
