Aisha Nasreen has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Aisha currently holds the position of Head of Customer Services at LIMELIGHT, a role that they started in September of 2023. Prior to this, Aisha worked as a Game Developer Relations Manager at Insightive from December 2022 to March 2023. Aisha also served as the Customer Service Lead at Tajir from April 2022 to November 2022. Aisha's earlier roles include Manager Call Operations at BridgeLinx Technologies from January 2021 to April 2022 and various positions at Telenor from 2007 to 2019, including Lead positions in Financial & Digital Support Services and E-care, as well as roles in customer complaints help desk, customer relations, and information standardization. Overall, Aisha has gained extensive experience in customer service, management, and relationship building throughout their career.
Aisha Nasreen earned their Master of Sociology degree from the University of the Punjab from 2001-2002. In addition to their academic education, they obtained the Agile Foundations certification from LinkedIn in September 2019.
