Jim Gray

Jim Gray is currently a Nonresident Senior Fellow at the Lincoln Institute of Land Policy. Previously, Jim held various positions at the Federal Housing Finance Agency, including Manager of the Duty to Serve Program and Manager of Counterparty & Portfolio in the Office of Housing & Regulatory Policy. Prior to that, Jim was a Program Developer/Manager at Capital Impact Partners and a Senior Advisor to FHA Commissioners at the Federal Housing Finance Board. Jim has a Bachelor's degree in History and Political Science from Hendrix College and a J.D. from Vanderbilt University School of Law.
