Conor Bronsdon has a wealth of experience in the fields of demand generation, content and community strategy, content strategy, marketing, business operations, program management, and political campaigns.

Conor began their career in 2014 as Head of Campaign Operations for Ritchie for Congress, where they led campaign operations that resulted in a 29% uptick in support between the August Primary and the November General Election. Conor also orchestrated overall management for the campaign operations of $236,000, hiring and leading a staff of 8.

In 2015, Conor Co-Founded the political consulting firm B&B Strategies, where they successfully executed projects leading to the election of candidates including Washington State Lieutenant Governor Cyrus Habib and Congresswoman Pramila Jayapal. Conor also facilitated the successful community organizing and lobbying efforts for the Save SoDo campaign on behalf of the Port of Seattle, saving Seattle residents over $200 million dollars.

Conor then worked as a Training and Operations Specialist for Progressive Majority Washington, where they were the project manager for a recruiting and training program targeting candidates from historically underrepresented communities in Washington State. In this role, they successfully elected 15 of those candidates to political office in 2015.

In 2018, Conor began working as Lead Consultant for Olive + Goose, where they developed a content marketing approach designed to build constructive tension, warm up leads, and be congruent with Challenger Sales methodology. Conor also began working as a Marketing Manager for Microsoft, where they analyzed and redeveloped content marketing funnel and email marketing channel for Microsoft's US subsidiary, Cybersecurity and Identity division.

In 2019, Conor took on the role of Interim Chief of Staff for Councilmember Abel Pacheco, where they organized workflows and redesigned office practices, as well as developed and executed media and constituent communications strategy. Conor also served as an Advisor for Ridwell.

In 2021, Conor began working as Director of Demand Generation for LinearB. In this role, they drove 3x CARR growth in 2022, increased pipeline 207% from 2021 to 2022, co-hosted a top 1% worldwide & top 100 US technology podcast Dev Interrupted with 4,000+ dev leaders listening every week, grew SEO users by 419% YoY, grew monthly SEO users by 143% from Jan-Dec 2022, created and co-hosted the Interact 3 virtual conference for more than 1700+ engineering leaders and 27+ speakers, grew registrations for Interact 3 by 46.3% in just 6 months, and solicited event sponsorships for Interact 3 from CircleCI, ClickUp, Codility, Cloudsmith, Clockwise, SkillerWhale, daily.dev, DZone, Fable, LIDR, and Shortcut. Conor also held roles as Head of Demand Generation, Head of Content & Community, and Content & Community Strategy Lead, where they grew podcast listeners by 154% in first 3 months, grew Discord community by 107% in 4.5 months, grew SEO users by 152% in 4 months, grew owned channel SQLs by 260% from Q2 to Q3, and created the first-time digital conference Interact with 500+ live attendees across 75 countries with a 2.2 hour average watch time.

Conor also has experience as a Communications & Demand Strategy Consultant, where they developed and executed targeted projects for businesses and political campaigns, including Dragonchain and Donorswell.

Conor Bronsdon attended Garfield High School from 2006 to 2010. Conor then went on to receive a Bachelor of Arts (BA) in Political Science and Government from the University of Washington from 2010 to 2013. Following this, they attended The Washington Center for Internships and Academic Seminars and completed an Academic Seminar in the Political Leadership Program in 2013.
