Kriti Tripathi

Kriti Tripathi has over 15 years of experience in human resources, holding various leadership roles in multinational companies. Kriti currently works as the Senior Director of Human Resources at Linedata, where they lead a team of HR professionals and supports organizational change. Their responsibilities include business partnering, talent acquisition, and workforce planning. Prior to this, Kriti served as the Vice President of Human Resources at Linedata and the AVP HRBP Services and Head of Talent Acquisition. Before joining Linedata, they worked as a Principal Consultant at Cortaal Global, where they were responsible for setting up HR processes, talent acquisition, and performance management. Kriti also has experience working at The Walt Disney Company as a Manager of HR Business Partnering and Staffing, where they drove people initiatives, facilitated culture and change management, and implemented recruitment strategies. Kriti began their career at Hutchison Global Services as a Senior Executive in Recruitment and later moved on to work at Call Concepts as a Manager of Recruitment, where they managed client relationships and led a team of executives.

Kriti Tripathi completed a Post Graduate Diploma in Business Administration with a focus on Human Resources Management/Personnel Administration from Welingkar Institute of Management between 2012 and 2014. Before that, they obtained their BA degree in English, Political Science, and History from D G College in 2007.
