Pauline Ribot

Pauline Ribot has a diverse work experience spanning several companies and roles. Pauline most recently worked at Linedata as the Group HR Projects & C&B Lead starting in January 2022. Prior to that, they were with TechnipFMC, where they held various positions including Regional HR Business Partner & HRD from November 2019 to January 2022, Regional HR Business Partner from November 2018 to October 2019, HR Development Officer from September 2016 to October 2018, and HR Development Advisor (Western Europe, Africa, India) from March 2015 to August 2016. Pauline also had a brief stint at Schlumberger as an HR Compliance - France from March 2014 to August 2014. Before entering the HR field, they worked as a Communication Officer at Centre de Formation Juridique from July 2013 to September 2013 and as a Corporate Law Intern at Cabinet Kohn et Associés, Avocats from July 2011 to August 2011.

Pauline Ribot completed their education at the following institutions:

- From 2014 to 2015, they pursued a Master 2 degree in Développement des Ressources Humaines et Stratégies de Changement at the Institut catholique de Paris.

- From 2013 to 2014, they obtained a Master 1 degree in Fonctionnement des Organisations et Gestion des Ressources Humaines, also at the Institut catholique de Paris.

- From 2008 to 2012, they earned a Licence degree in Droit privé from Paris-Pantheon-Assas University.
