Airi Kato, PCC has a diverse work experience spanning several companies and roles.

Starting in 2006, Airi worked at Beaubelle Asia-Pacific as a Business Development Manager until 2009.

In 2009, Airi joined Expedia, Inc. as a Lodging Operations Specialist before progressing to roles such as Supervisor, APAC Regional Manager, and Manager, Lodging Content. These roles involved managing teams, overseeing operational processes, and optimizing customer experience. Airi also worked as an Area Manager, responsible for account management and strategy implementation with Malaysia and Brunei hotels.

In 2018, Airi joined Lingo Live as a Leadership & Communications Coach and later became the Manager of Coachee Success.

Airi's most recent experience is at TaskHuman, where they joined as a Leadership Coach in 2023.

In 2020, Airi also became a Certified Professional Transformative Coach at Coach Masters Academy.

Airi Kato, PCC, has a solid education background in the fields of mass communication/media studies and psychological and behavioral science. Airi completed their Bachelor of Arts degree in Mass Communication/Media Studies from Boston College, attending from 2000 to 2003. Prior to that, they studied Psychological and Behavioral Science at The London School of Economics and Political Science (LSE) from 1998 to 2000.

In addition to their academic qualifications, Airi has obtained various certifications related to coaching. Airi became a Certified Professional Transformational Coach from Coach Masters Academy Global in July 2021 and obtained the certification of Certified Transformational Coach from Coach Masters Academy in February 2021. Furthermore, they will obtain the Professional Certified Coach (PCC) qualification from the International Coaching Federation in March 2023.
