Patricia Park has a strong background in human resources, with over 25 years of experience in various roles and industries. Patricia is currently the Vice President of HR Transformation & Program Management at Link Logistics Real Estate. In their previous role as Senior Global Director of Human Resources at The Standard Hotels, they led HR initiatives on a global scale. Patricia also served as the Area Director of Human Resources at The Standard Hotels prior to their promotion. Patricia has experience in the construction industry as well, having served as the Director of Human Resources at Charles Pankow Builders, Ltd. Patricia gained valuable expertise in employee relations as the Director of Team Member Resources at Red Robin International and as an Employee Relations Specialist at Taco Bell Corporation. Patricia also held positions at Brinker International and Circuit City, where they focused on regional and district-level human resources management.

In addition, they have obtained certifications including the SHRM-SCP from SHRM in April 2015 and the Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR®) Certification from the HR Certification Institute - HRCI in June 2014.
