Emma Coulthard

Emma Coulthard currently serves as the Executive General Manager of Human Resources at Liontown Resources Limited, having joined in January 2023. In this role, Emma is part of the Executive Leadership Team, reporting directly to the CEO, and oversees the comprehensive HR strategy, including Talent Acquisition, Remuneration & Benefits, Learning & Development, Employee Relations, and HR Transactions. Prior to this, Emma held various leadership positions at BHP, including Executive Leadership Coach and Human Resources Manager, and served as Group Human Resources Manager at JAXON Pty Ltd. Emma's earlier career includes roles as Human Resources Superintendent at Fortescue Metals Group and National People & Culture Manager at Rogerseller. Emma's academic credentials include a Bachelor of Business in Human Resources and Economics from Swinburne University of Technology, as well as multiple certificates in training and management.
