Ben Clark

Ben Clark is currently the Global Talent Acquisition Lead at LIPTON Teas and Infusions. Prior to their current role, Ben held leadership positions in companies such as WPP, ING, The HEINEKEN Company, Nestlé, and Aviva. With a background in recruitment and talent acquisition, Ben has expertise in building talent acquisition capabilities, leading global resourcing programs, and developing employer branding strategies. Ben has a degree in Economic and Social History from the University of Leicester and has completed the Nestlé Leadership Programme at the London Business School.
