With extensive experience in executive compensation and benefits, René has held key positions in multiple organizations, including ARLANXEO as Head of Global Rewards, Mobility, and Performance, and at Core Laboratories as Global Head of Rewards. A founder of Reward Runway Interim & Consulting, René has collaborated with major companies such as Vodafone and Kraft Heinz. Previous roles include Global Head of Compensation & Benefits at UCB Pharma and Global Head of Total Rewards and Recognition at SAP. René's educational background includes an M.Sc. in Business Economics from Erasmus University and a Master in Leadership from Cornell University.
