Renata Šepetė has extensive experience in learning and development and project management. Renata currently works at Lithuanian Airports as the Head of Learning and Development Group, where they are responsible for developing and implementing learning strategies, talent management programs, and promoting a culture of learning and professional development. Prior to this role, they worked as a Learning and Development Manager at Central Project Management Agency, where they collaborated with managers to create training programs aligned with organizational goals and oversaw the deployment of various learning methods. Renata also has experience in career and learning consulting at idialogue and has worked in project implementation and management roles at the Agency for Science, Innovation and Technology (MITA) and NECT. Additionally, they have held positions at Vilniaus prekybos, pramonės ir amatų rūmai, Vadybos pokyčių konsultavimas, UAB, Education Development Centre, FranklinCovey Lithuania, and ISM University of Management and Economics. Throughout their career, they have achieved successful project implementations, managed client relationships, and organized various events and training programs.

Renata Šepetė began their education at Vilniaus Universiteto Verslo Mokykla / Vilnius University Business School in 2007, where they completed the Preparatory Programme for Business Master's in Management and Economics in 2008. Renata then pursued a Master's degree in French Philology at Vilniaus universitetas / Vilnius University from 2001 to 2003.
