Andrea Spence Pudas

Andrea Spence Pudas has a comprehensive work experience in information governance, information management, and consulting roles. Andrea began their career at Target in 2004, where they held various positions such as Manager of Product Taxonomy and Specialist in Archives & Heritage Services. During their time at Target, Andrea led the design and implementation of product data taxonomy and developed policies and standards for information protection.

In 2012, Andrea joined Littler and assumed the role of Senior Manager of Information Management. Andrea was responsible for the development and implementation of the firm's information management program, including strategy, communication, training, and resource planning. Andrea's skills in team leadership and process improvement led to significant improvements in the efficiency and effectiveness of the team.

Later on, Andrea progressed to the position of Director of Information Management at Littler in 2018. In this role, they continued to develop and implement the firm-wide information management program, focusing on change management and restructuring processes. Andrea's responsibilities also included vendor security assessments, responding to client assessments, and conducting audits.

Most recently, Andrea took on the role of Senior Director of Information Governance Operations at Littler in January 2021. Their main responsibilities include the development and implementation of a firm-wide information governance program, encompassing information security, records retention, and destruction. Andrea is also responsible for governance, risk, and compliance, as well as managing vendor security assessments.

Throughout their career, Andrea has consistently demonstrated strong leadership skills, strategic thinking, and the ability to drive positive change within organizations. Their expertise in information governance and management make their a valuable asset in any information-related role.

Andrea Spence Pudas pursued a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) in Telecommunications, graduating from Ohio University between 1999 and 2002. Following this, they earned a Master of Arts (M.A.) degree in Public History from Wright State University, completing their studies in 2004.
