Claude Going

Claude Going has worked in a variety of roles since 2006. In 2006, they began working as a Video Producer at YouTube. In 2015, they became a Freelance Photographer while Self Employed. In 2017, they worked as a Senior Customer Service Representative and a Customer Service Representative at OpenTable, where they received inbound telephone and email support cases for diner-facing and restaurant-facing issues, as well as diagnosing and troubleshooting SMB network issues and SQL database corruption/software issues. In 2020, they worked as a Technical Support Representative at InMotion Hosting. In 2021, they worked as a Solutions Design and Services - Cisco at Ingram Micro and as an Inbound Sales at Spectrum, where they processed inbound sales opportunities for both existing and new customers, as well as managed work order and material shipment adjustments. Claude is currently working as a Technical Support Specialist at LiveControl.

Claude Going attended South Fork High School from 1999 to 2003, where they completed an International Baccalaureate program. In March 2022, they obtained a CMNA certification from Cisco Meraki.
