Karen Gonzalez

Executive Vice President, North America at LiveHire

Karen Gonzalez has extensive work experience, starting in 2003 as the Director of National Sales at Ajilon Professional Staffing, LLC. In this role, they were responsible for developing and managing national contracts with companies in the Northeast, Mid-Atlantic, and Southeast Zones.

In 2010, Karen joined Randstad as a National Sales Director, where they exceeded quotas, cultivated relationships with prospects and customers, and responded to RFPs/RFQs/RFIs. Karen then became the Vice President of National Sales, leading strategic sales initiatives, managing a team, and exceeding budget/quota every year.

Karen moved to Guidant Global in 2015, serving as the Sr. Vice President of Global Solutions and later as the Chief Sales Officer. During this time, they were responsible for driving revenue and profit performance as well as developing new business opportunities.

In 2019, Karen became an Advisor at AdvisoryCloud, where they utilized their expertise in providing strategic advice. Karen then joined LiveHire (ASX:LVH) as the Executive Vice President, North America, where they revolutionized the candidate experience and enabled talent management across the enterprise.

Most recently, Karen took on the role of Chief Member at Chief in 2023.

Karen Gonzalez attended Brenau University from 2001 to 2004 and earned a B.S. Degree in Human Resources/Business Administration.
