Romina Sosa has a diverse work experience spanning several years. Romina started their career as a Pasante Comercio Exterior at LIBERTAD S.A. from August 2005 to July 2007, where they were responsible for coordinating international logistics, managing importation costs, and handling import documentation.

After that, they worked at Mercato Generale di Roma as a Mercado General de Roma Itaia, from October 2009 to June 2010.

Following that, they joined Unilever as Jefe de area comercio exterior from March 2010 to September 2011. Their role involved various responsibilities such as supplier contact, merchandise selection, negotiation of prices, logistical coordination, customs clearance, and payment management.

Most recently, Romina joined Livent in October 2011 as an Import and Export Manager. In November 2017, they transitioned to the role of Project Logistic Manager, where they are currently employed.

Romina Sosa began their education journey in 2003 and completed it in 2018. From 2003 to 2008, they attended Universidad Empresarial 'Siglo 21', where they received a degree in Lic. Comercio Internacional, with a focus on studying English and Italian. In 2010, Romina enrolled in Instituto de Capacitacion Aduanera, where they studied Aduanas and obtained a degree in Despachante de Aduana y Agente de Transporte Aduanero from 2010 to 2012. Continuing their education, they pursued a CPIM degree (Certified in Production and Inventory Management) at APICS Northern Colorado from 2016 to 2018, specializing in Production and Inventory Management.
