Christine (Franz) Code has a diverse work experience in the field of sales and customer service. Christine has held various roles at different companies, starting in 2000.

At RightNow Technologies, Christine started as a Sales Development Representative before moving on to become a Corporate Account Manager. Christine then became a Senior Operations Associate, where they played a key role in enhancing associate productivity.

Following their time at RightNow, Christine joined RightNow (same company, different period) as a Business Development Manager. In this role, they hired and trained a sales team, significantly increasing revenue and qualified leads. Christine also established relationships with public-sector clients through a dedicated business development team.

After leaving RightNow, Christine joined KANA Software, where they held multiple senior director positions. Christine led sales operations, global account management, and global inside sales and business development teams, driving revenue growth and customer retention.

Following their time at KANA Software, Christine joined Genesys, where they held roles as the Director of Cross Channel Customer Experience and Senior Director of Global Innovations. Christine focused on emerging product suites, partnerships, and direct customer engagements, as well as strengthening strategic partnerships and implementing customer experience programs.

Before their current role, Christine worked at Transversal as the Director of Enterprise Sales, where they focused on ensuring consistent and high-quality customer service in call centers, as well as providing accurate information across all delivery channels.

Currently, Christine works at LiveVox as the Regional Vice President of Enterprise Sales. LiveVox is a contact center platform that integrates omnichannel communications, CRM, AI, and WFO capabilities. Christine is responsible for delivering an exceptional agent and customer experience while reducing compliance risk.

Throughout their career, Christine has consistently demonstrated a strong focus on driving sales, improving customer experience, and building strategic partnerships.

Christine (Franz) Code completed their Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Speech Communication and Rhetoric from Montana State University-Bozeman, which they attended from 1984 to 1990. Christine is currently pursuing further education at Harvard Business Review, starting in 2023.
