Overview Report to COO, provide strategic oversight and direction for project teams to ensure successful delivery of livingHR product and solutions. This role is accountable for overseeing quality of project work, seeking new business opportunities, and managing relationships with clients. Provide strategic guidance to client and team when establishing goals, success metrics, and future state planning. You will also serve as escalation point to internal project team.
