Overview  Report to COO, provide strategic oversight and direction for project teams to ensure successful delivery of livingHR product and solutions. This role is accountable for overseeing quality of project work, seeking new business opportunities, and managing relationships with clients. Provide strategic guidance to client and team when establishing goals, success metrics, and future state planning. You will also serve as escalation point to internal project team. 

Impact

  • Build relationships with prospective, current, and inactive clients, partners (PE, HCM, etc.) to hit sales target revenue goals and build a healthy book of business. ​
  • Partner with sales account team to identify and target large, strategic prospects and partners to book meetings and achieve established pipelining targets.​
  • Effectively research prospect organization to understand industry segment, key business drivers, situational or environment factors, and business challenges to present relevant and well-informed solution options to meet or exceed established close ratio target.​
  • Understand the full scope, features and benefits of livingHR’s products and services in order to tailor solutions, proposals, and statements of work that solve real client, employee and workplace problems - ultimately leading to case studies that demonstrate the impact of our work, improve buyer confidence, and reduce time to close.​
  • Partner with delivery account team members to principal and guide account relationships by providing feedback and ensuring the quality of the work exceeds the clients' expectations and drives strategic impact demonstrated through client KPIs (eNPS, turnover/attrition, career path ratio, time to fill, etc.). ​
  • Continuously improve client satisfaction demonstrated through livingHR service delivery KPIs (NPS, client retention, account growth, client referrals, etc.).​
  • Provide coaching and strategic client support to ensure work products align to client strategy and culture as well as livingHR's quality standards.
  • Acts as a thought leader, speaker, and data storytelling expert by delivering QBRs and executive summary presentations offering strategic insights that uncover new business opportunities. ​
  • Identify and report monthly in HubSpot on new and current client activity, business opportunities, lead activity, speaking engagements, events, thought leadership publications, etc. ​
  • Demonstrate strength in professional services and client management by effectively fostering client relationships from seamless implementation and onboarding through every phase of client evolution and growth showcasing livingHR's value as an enduring strategic partner.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in related field​
  • MBA preferred​
  • 10+ years of experience with progressive responsibilities ​
  • Achieves effective team utilization targets​
  • Proven experience building and managing a book of business
  • Proven experience meeting or exceeding the below targets:​ Client growth, Client retention, Overall Client and employee experience and NOS, Account and Project Profitability
  • Lead strategic planning processes with clients to develop and align talent strategy ​
  • Demonstrate impact by partnering with clients to establish measurement metrics and tracking progress
  • Up to 20% of travel
