Shaikha Abdul Muthalib, Assoc CIPD SHRM-SCP, currently serves as the Human Resources Manager at Liwa Minor Food & Beverages LLC, overseeing HR operations for the GCC Region since October 2021. Prior to this role, Shaikha worked as a self-employed Consultant, providing career and life coaching along with tailored training programs since December 2019.
