Digital Sales Representative

We are looking for an entrepreneurial Digital Sales Representativeto join our team! We are seeking an adaptable individual contributor who is an excellent communicator to partner with transportation and technology stakeholders at target companies to sell our, Carrier TMS.  The ideal candidate for this position is curious, entrepreneurial, adaptable, and is an excellent communicator.  

DEPARTMENT: Digital Sales LOCATION: Philippines 

WHAT YOU GET TO DO:

• Drive transactional and complex sales cycles for logistics SaaS solutions to enterprise shippers from initial contact to successful onboarding within a fast-paced sales environment
• Work with Marketing to build and manage a strong pipeline of customers
• Constantly refine your sales skills with sales management and sales enablement as well as seek and apply constructive feedback to constantly refine your approach
• Actively share customer feedback and your own observations with Loadsmart’s Marketing, Product and Engineering teams to enhance value for your customers
• Become a subject matter expert on our business, including processes, operations, the competitive landscape, and remaining up-to date on industry newsParticipate as an active member of our collaborative sales team and contribute to our culture of sales success

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

• 2+ year of direct sales experience in logistics sales with a consistent track record of exceeding quota in a highly entrepreneurial and teamwork oriented environment
• Experienced in delivering product demos to potential clients, showcasing features and benefits to drive sale
• Experience prospecting leads & cold calling in addition to running a full sales cycle autonomously
• Leveraging sales productivity similar to Salesforce, SalesLoft, ZoomInfo and LinkedIn Sales Navigator (this is our current stack)
