Connor Hill

Connor Hill is an experienced leader in circular economy and sustainability, currently serving as the Global Director of Circular and Sustainable Living at IKEA since May 2023. As the Founder and CEO of inspire circular, Connor provides strategic consulting and training for various brands and organizations, including prominent clients such as Nike and the Premier League. Additionally, Connor holds the roles of Co-Founder and Chief Circular Officer at RBRN and Board Advisor at LOANHOOD. In academia, Connor leads the Circular Economy & Sustainability Strategies Programme at the University of Cambridge. Past positions include leading roles at John Lewis & Partners, adidas, and Marks and Spencer, complemented by an educational background in Environmental Sustainability and High Impact Leadership from the University of Dundee and University of Cambridge, respectively.
