Roy LoBue has over 15 years of experience in the corporate world. From 2006 to present, they have been the Chief Executive Officer and Global Head of Program Delivery at The LoBue Group, a private consulting firm serving Fortune 500 companies. In this role, they work with clients' executive management teams to design and execute strategic solutions to improve quality, controls, productivity, and efficiency. Roy'sresponsibilities include solution design, client relationship management, delivery assurance, consulting tool selection, methodology selection and implementation, and program staffing. Roy has also delivered $21 million in annual savings and increased operational capacity by 23%. Prior to this, they were the Director of Sales and Operations at BLC, Inc. from 2003 to 2006, where they directed the sales effort for North America operations, established and managed a business intelligence office, and rationalized manufacturing facilities.

Roy LoBue holds a Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) from California State University, Long Beach, a Master of Business Administration - MBA in Finance from the Isenberg School of Management, UMass Amherst, and an Executive Degree Product Strategy from Northwestern University - Kellogg School of Management. In addition, they have obtained a Masters in Business Analytics from the University of Massachusetts Amherst in February 2019, a Prosci Certified Change Practitioner from Prosci in May 2017, and a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt from Villanova University in December 2015.
