Ron Benporat

Ron Benporat has a diverse range of work experience, primarily in the field of talent acquisition and recruitment. Their most recent role was at Local Kitchens, where they served as the Head of Talent from July 2022 onwards. Before that, they worked at Crexi as the Director of Talent Acquisition, playing a key role in building the department from scratch and hiring for various positions across multiple locations. Ron also held the position of Head of Technical Recruiting at Wag Labs Inc., where they led the company's recruiting strategy and improved the interviewing process for technology roles. At Weedmaps, they served as the Senior Manager of Talent Acquisition and People Operations, overseeing the growth of the company and establishing HR and recruitment departments.
