Mike Trigonis has a diverse work experience history. Mike started their career in 2005 as a Production Assistant at Cox Communications, where they worked as a video editor and managed studio hardware. In 2006, they worked at Reebok as a Media/Video Production specialist, creating audio and video materials for clients and maintaining a media library. From 2008 to 2013, Mike worked at Apple Retail as a Genius, providing customer support and repairing Apple devices. In 2013, they joined HubSpot as a Support Engineer. Then, in 2014, they started at Localytics as a Support Engineer before being promoted to Senior Support Engineer in 2015 and Manager of Customer Support in 2015-2016. Most recently, they served as a Remote Senior Support Engineer at Localytics.

Mike Trigonis completed their education at Northeastern University, where they obtained a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Communication and Media Studies in 2007. Mike then pursued a Master of Professional Studies in Informatics, specializing in Information Technology, and completed it in 2010. In addition to their formal education, they obtained the certification of an Apple Certified Macintosh Technician in August 2012.
